Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-day rule)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

You may use the following wording:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods."


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Any tags must still be attached

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may be refused.


3. Return Procedure

Once your withdrawal request is accepted:

  1. You will receive return instructions by email.

  2. The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

Shipping costs paid during checkout may be refunded only for the standard delivery option.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • a defective item

  • the wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

In such cases we will cover replacement or refund including shipping costs.


6. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned if:

  • They have been worn or used

  • They are not in their original condition

  • They are missing tags or packaging

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
